What makes my cooking special (besides its great taste!) is the wide variety and diversity of the foods I can create. Here is only a tiny fraction of some of the things I can make. * signifies vegetarian dish or vegetarian version available! All dishes made from scratch!

Hand Made Omelets: Choose from any fillings that are grilled then stuffed into a large filling omelet. Here are a few popular omelets:
Denver Omelet: Green bell pepper, fresh ham, diced onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon are grilled then stuffed into a perfectly cooked omelet.
Vegetable Omelet: All your favourite veggies! Choose from tomatoes, muchroom, bell pepper, onion, spinach, squah or zuchinni, and more with or without the cheese of your choice!
Adam's Spanish Omelet: My own recipe. Fresh smoked ham, crispy bacon, green bell pepper, onion all grilled then stuffed. Topped with my special homemade salsa and a dollop of sour cream. Ole!
Greek Omelet: Bell pepper, onion, olives, and spinach are grilled til perfection, then topped with a mild feta cheese and a few chives. Yum!
Classic Ham and Cheese: Fresh smoked ham is grilled until browned then laid inside the omelet with your choice of cheese. Try cheddar or swiss for a classic!
Eggs Benedict: Yum! Thick fresh ham is grilled, then a perfectly fried or poached egg is layed on a toasted English style muffin and topped with the ham. A homemade holindaise sauce is drizzled on top. Delicious! How many can YOU eat? :)
Various Egg Scrambles: In the mood for a huge scramble? Try your favourite inserts, veggies, meats, and cheeses, all scrambled up then topped with optional cheese! How can you go wrong?
Italian:
Lasagna w/ Mixed Greens Salad* (Layers of wide pasta sheets with homemade basil-tomato sauce with ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, and Italian cheeses throughout. Generally served with an Italian mixed greens salad.
Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan w/ Pasta* (Eggplant slices or pounded chicken breasts coated and fried to perfection in olive oil with coarse crispy panko bread crumbs seasoned with parmesan cheese and Italian herbs served in a basil-tomato sauce on top of delicious pasta.)
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (A specialty dish, very popular! Grilled chicken served on a bed of pasta that is tossed with a complex wine, cream, and parmesan cheese sauce and fresh garden peas and tender broccoli throughout.
Pasta Romanesco* (Delicious grilled sweet tomato, olive oil, parmesan, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and white wine sauce tossed in bowtie pasta. Very delicate and tasty. My own spin on a true Italian dish.)
Pizzas* (The sky is the limit with homemade yeasty crust made right a your home! Choose from any of your favourite toppings. Try my white sauce pizza which is made from olive oil, garlic, and Italian herbs.)
Chinese:
Fried Rice* (Authentic jasmine rice that is quickly fried at a high temperature which can be mixed with various ingredients. Choose anything from egg, peas, carrots, bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, pork, or other proteins and vegetables with the right touch of soy sauce and Chinese seasonings. A great compliment to any Asian dish or a meal on its own.)
Eggrolls w/ steamed for fried rice* (Crispy true Chinese eggrolls that are filled with your favourite ingredients. Authentic ingredients include such things as chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, ground chicken and/or pork, garlic, ginger, and chinese spices. Serve with aromatic steamed jasmine rice and a couple of dipping sauces like sweet and sour, soy sauce with scallions, galic, and spicy peppers, or hot chinese mustard. Great for a meal or an appitzer. Try adding shrimp, chicken, or any of your favourites to mix it up.
Honey Sesame Chicken Stir-fry (Chicken lightly coated in a crispy batter is cooked fast and hot with a perfect mix of sesame seeds and honey. A great introduction into Chinese cuisine and a sure favourite.)
Beef and Broccoli (Thin slices of beef are wok fried quickly with tender but crisp broccoli. A delicious sauce binds meat and vegetable together for a classic and well-known dish.)
Steamed Dumplings* (As authentic Chinese as you can get. A mixture of ground meats (or vegetables) is mixed with a perfect blend of garlic, ginger, Chinese rice wine, soy sauce, vegetables, and other Chinese ingredients are hand-stuffed into light won-ton style wrappers and steamed for a dish they eat daily in China. Serve with my special dipping sauce of soy sauce and ginger. Healthy, authentic, and delicious!)
Fish in Black Bean Sauce (Authentic Chinese! Fresh white fish is wok cooked with green bellpeppers and onion and tossed with Chinese black beans to create a spicy sauce you will fall in love with. Taken from a real Chinese chef.)
Potstickers* (Using the same ingredients as steamed dumplings, these crowd pleasers are stuffed in a different way so that they are pan fried then lightly steamed for a crisper version of a dumpling. Great appetizers and great accompaniment to any Chinese meal.)
Chow Mein* (Chinese noodles that are lightly wok fried with Chinese vegetables with your choice of meat or no meat options. Try tofu, just vegetables, or chicken, beef, or shrimp. A light soy sauce based sauce makes all ingredients become as one.)
Sweet & Sour Pork/Chicken/Shrimp (Everyones' favourite! Your choice of meat is lightly battered then fried and topped with a delicious homemade sweet and sour sauce. Toss with lightly wok-fried green bellpeppers and onions for flavour and serve with rice or fried rice and enjoy!)
Cashew Chicken (Another classic. Small pieces of chicken are marinated in Chinese rice wine and soy sauce then quickly cooked at high temperature with cashews and Chinese vegetables. A nice sauce binds everything together. A nice contrast of crunchy and soft plays with the pallet.)
Chinese Peking Duck (A delicious and authentic treat! Years of practice and research have finally resulted in a true Peking Duck. It takes 2 days to prepare. A fresh young duck is basted in Chinese honey and spices then hung to dry. After hanging, it is roasted hot to create that red crispy skin everyone loves. Great for your first try of duck!)
Crispy Honey Sesame Fish (A new original recipe and hit! Fresh fish is cut into strips then fried crispy in a light cornstarch batter then wok cooked with Chinese honey and a touch of sesame seeds. Delicious!)
Japanese:
Sushi* (Delicatly assembled meshi (sushi rice) is seasoned subtly with mirin and rice vinegar and filled with various ingredients. Choose from vegetbles like cucumber, carrots, or tempura vegetables, or go classic with fresh tuna, crab, sea urchin, smoked fish, shrimp, and many more. Try my fully cooked California rolls and tempura rolls for a delicious yet delicate and sophisticated meal choice. Serve with authentic Japanese Sake or cold Japanese beers imported actually very afforable! The sky's the limit here!
Yakitori* (Yakitori is the Japanese version of shish-kabobs. Try the authentic teriyaki chicken with is grilled over hot charcoal. Simple but delicious. The charcoal give the meat a smokey flavour which works well with rice or my very own Japanese fried rice. Great appetizers too.)
Teriyaki (A staple of Japanese cuisine. Try my special teriyaki marinated meats like chicken, beef, or my personal favourite, salmon. I marinate the meat first, then grill it over charcoal, then create a glaze that is brushed on to create a delicous meal. serve with Japanese calrose rice and its a hearty meal.
Gyoza* (The Japanese version of potstickers. This time we I use Japanese ingredients to create little crispy purses of a meat and vegetable mixture. Also can be vegetarian. Serve with dipping sauces some hot and spicy, some fresh and refreshing. Makes a great appitizer!
Katsu (Crispy Pork or Chicken Cutlets) (A Specialty of mine and a personal favourite! Chicken (or pork) cutlets are pounded thin then breaded in delicious super crispy Japanese panko bread crumbs and pan-fried. Serve on top of shaved cabbage with a very special imported Tonkatsu sauce that will be better than you had at any sushi bar! (Similar to an A-1 sauce) This, along with rice, makes my favourite Japanese meal. Try it out!
Soba Noddle Wraps* (A great appitzer! Translucent rice paper wraps wrap up a wonderful mixture of soba noodles (hearty noodles made from buckwheat which are every Japanese persons' favourite comfort dish.), shrimp, and Japanese vegetables. These are as tasty as they are beautiful. Serve with various dipping sauces and enjoy these new flavours. This is a cold dish. Very refreshing!
Crispy Panko Fish (Fresh fish is filleted then coated in crispy Japanese bread crumbs then pan-fried to excellence. Great served with thin cabbage and Japanese rice.)
Filipino:
Chicken or Pork Adobo (The national dish of the Philippines and another Specialty of mine! Your choice of meat is cut up into bite sized pieces, browned with garlic then transfered into a pot in which the meat is simmered with soy suace, a touch of vinegar, lots on garlic, bay leafs, and black pepper. This dish is a must have, no matter where you're from. The sauce the meat is simmered in is AMAZING on rice. Hearty, delicious, and ever better the next day. This is often served as part of breakfast the next day at Filipinos' homes.)
Chicken or Pork Afritada (Another popular Filipino dish. Your choice of meat is also cut up, browned then simmered in a tomato-based sauce. The addition of potatos, peas and red bellpepper give it a nice stew-like feel. Serve on top of rice like the adobo and the sauce is also divine.)
Garlic Fried Rice* (So good, its served for dinner, lunch, and breakfast! Rice is cooked ahead of time then fried with lots of garlic, white pepper, and soy sauce. The aroma alone will have you salivating. Great with any Filipino dish, also great with fried eggs in the morning. You'll never want just eggs and bacon again!
Lumpia* (Almost every culture has their version of the eggroll. This is the Philippines'. Filled with cabbage, carrots, Filipino spices, meat or seafood, these tightly rolled spring rolls are heavenly with a sweet chilli sauce, sweet and sour, or hot mustard. All you need is a bowl of garlic fried rice!)
Pancit w/ Chicken and/or Shrimp* (The Filipino version of chow mein. Here, we use rice noodles, plenty of vegetables and chicken and/or shrimp. Its simple yet complex with the different textures you get from noodles to vegetables to meat. A staple and constant star at any Filipino pot-luck.)
Steamed Fish in Banana Leaf (The freshest white-meat fish is selected for this process only! Halibut, monkfish, or even Opah are great choices here. Wrapped up in a banana leaf, this fish takes on the freshest, cleanest, purest from of cooking that has been with the Filipinos since banana met man. Serve with a light delicate sauce and over rice, the presentation alone will have you in awe.)
Luzon Style Rice (Famous rice dish from the Luzon province of the Philippines. Pork, shrimp, garlic, onions, and chorizo bilboa are cooked then rice is intergrated into it then simmered to cook the rice with coconut milk and a little stock. Its like a really good paella! You gotta try this!)
Okra Adobong (If you havent had okra before or are hesitant to try it, this is a must have! fresh okra is simmered in soy, onion, and garlic, then finished with a twist of lemon. Simple and oh so good!)
Pancit Canton (A Filipino dish with heavy Chinese influence. Similar to chow mein, vegetables such as califlower, snow peas, chinese cabbage, and onion are sauteed with pork, chicken, and shrimp as well as delicious chorizo bilboa sausage. Chinese eggnoodles are intorduced and simmered with hints of sesame oil and soy. YUM!)
